Refunds or replacements are available only for:
- Wrong shipment
- Damaged product
- Expired product

Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
We'll review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, we'll arrange a pickup. After receiving and verifying the return, we’ll process your refund within 24 hours.
